βI believe healing begins by connecting to the bodyβs innate wisdom. Our emotions, our stories, and our resilience are carried not only in words but in movement, sensation, and expression.
Through creative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices, I support children, teens, and adults in exploring their inner worlds with curiosity, compassion, and playfulness. I am passionate about creating spaces where each individualβs whole self β mind, body, spirit, and culture β is honored, witnessed, and nourished.β
