Our beautiful New York City office is located above Union Square, Manhattan’s transit and cultural hub. Our 15th floor office space has panoramic 270-degree views of the city and is accessible by every major subway line. We offer verbal psychotherapy, dance/ movement therapy, art therapy, and play therapy for all ages as well as family and couples therapy, continuing education courses, and intimate psychotherapy groups at this convenient, boutique location.
Cold Spring, NY
Our large, sunny studio in Cold Spring hosts two therapy rooms, one for movement and one for art with mountain views. It offers plenty of room to dance, move, play and create but is also a soft and intimate place to talk and self-reflect. In Cold Spring, we offer verbal psychotherapy, dance/ movement therapy, art therapy and play therapy for all ages as well as family and couples therapy, group therapy, and continuing education classes.
TeleHealth
Our staff also provides TeleHealth services allowing our clients to talk with therapists using video conferencing technology from the comfort of their own homes. Many of our clinicians have completed intensive training in TeleMental Health from TeleHealth Certification Institute, meaning our clinicians are certified and credentialed to provide this convenient and essential service ethically and skillfully.
