Mindfulness, Reiki & Yoga

At Dancing Dialogue, our clinicians believe in a multi-disciplinary, embodied approach to healing, which is why we are all also facilitators of Mindfulness, Reiki and/or Yoga. Mindfulness, Reiki, and Yoga are all processes that create dynamic flow, alter energy, improve mood and increase a sense of relaxation and well-being.
