Psychotherapy

We offer trauma-informed and culturally-competent talk therapy for clients of all ages. Our therapists practice embodied psychotherapy, which means that we pay attention, not only to our clients’ thoughts and emotions, but also to their bodily experiences to create a more integrative understanding of how our clients are feeling and experiencing themselves, their environment, and their relationships.

Our work can be short or long-term, problem-focused or exploratory. Treatment goals could include improving mood, reducing stress or anxiety, improving relationships, understanding and integrating past trauma, increasing self-compassion and much more.
